Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage material receipt, warehouse movements, and timely issue to production. You will handle SAP transactions, maintain inventory integrity, and coordinate shipments with service providers to meet customer delivery expectations.

The role requires a Diploma in logistics/supply chain, 1–2 years of logistics experience, and familiarity with SAP/WMS. This position offers on-site work with training allowances and transport support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics/supply chain management or related field.
• 1–2 years’ working experience in logistics operations, material management or warehouse.
• Good understanding of logistics/warehouse/supply chain.
• Working knowledge of ERP (SAP / WMS).
• Physically fit and able to carry loads.
• Curious and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of materials from central warehouse and issue to production on time.
• Perform SAP transactions aligned with material movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and document cycle counts.
• Manage shipments and logistics providers to meet delivery expectations.
• Review AWB/BL and handling of inbound/outbound permits as needed.
• Support CAPA and deviation and audit follow-up.
