Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore is recruiting for a warehouse-based role within a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment. The position handles receiving, issuing, storage, dispatch, and warehouse operations across raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

You will perform inventory checks, prepare shipping documents, and maintain SAP records, with emphasis on cGMP, SOPs and EHS safety. Diploma in science/engineering is required; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in science or engineering is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP and warehouse operations is advantageous.
• SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, issuing, storage and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
• Perform warehouse operations including loading, unloading, sampling and shipment preparation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform inventory checks, cycle counting and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update warehouse transactions in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure housekeeping and compliance with cGMP, SOPs and EHS safety requirements.
• Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for material and waste handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
