The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow in the School of Medicine (SoM) for the PRECISE project. The appointment is a one-year contract with potential extension based on performance and funding.

The Research Fellow will lead bioinformatics, microbiome and biostatistical analyses, contribute to publications and grant applications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance the programme's objectives.

Competenze

• PhD required with strong emphasis on bioinformatics or biostatistics.
• Experience in microbiome data analyses, statistical modelling, biostatistics, and bioinformatics.
• Proficiency in R and UNIX, with experience in HPC environments.
• Demonstrated track record of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience leading manuscripts and contributing to grant applications.
