Qualifications

• Interest in computational biology and delivering reproducible computational work.

Responsibilities

• Run, maintain, and troubleshoot RNA-seq and long-read pipelines.
• Process, organize, and quality-check sequencing datasets with clear records.
• Implement, test, and document software tools and scripts under guidance.
• Support benchmarking by preparing datasets and summarizing results.
• Maintain code, docs, and computing resources to ensure reproducibility.
• Provide day-to-day computational support to lab members and collaborators.
