Job summary

HD CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM modeller to develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models and construction drawings for multi-disciplinary projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate 2D/3D deliverables, conduct clash detections, and ensure alignment with standards and specifications while collaborating with project teams and clients. This role requires attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related discipline and minimum 2 years BIM modelling experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing construction drawings and BIM documentation.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and model management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Willing to attend meetings outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models and drawings as per project requirements.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules, and technical documentation for execution.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection and constructability reviews to resolve conflicts.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to facilitate BIM coordination.
• Maintain project BIM documentation, model registers, and revision records.
• Support submission of drawings and documents to authorities as required.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and site discussions to provide BIM support.
• Assist in developing BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.
• Monitor progress and ensure BIM deliverables meet timelines.
