Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller in Jurong West to prepare detailed architectural drawings and coordinate with project teams for shop drawings and approvals.

The role requires a Diploma in Architecture/Engineering and a minimum of two years in construction or manufacturing. Revit knowledge is a plus, with proficiency in MS Office and a meticulous approach to drafting standards. The position is permanent, with a basic salary up to 4,000 SGD plus variable bonus, and standard 5.5-day

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Good knowledge of BIM and drafting standards.
• Knowledge or experience in Autodesk Revit will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans based on design specifications and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, industry standards such as BCA and ISO, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the project team to develop detailed shop drawings and prepare them for submission and approval.
• Maintain, update, and manage all drawing revisions in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure drawings and related documents are properly organized, filed, and stored according to company standards and project requirements.
• Apply drafting standards and conventions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all drawings and documents.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
