Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented civil/structural engineer to develop BIM models and precast shop drawings using Tekla Structures. You will interpret drawings for precast detailing across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.

Responsibilities include BIM coordination and clash detection, reviewing drawings, raising RFIs, and revising drawings per consultant comments. Coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
• Experience with precast detailing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models and precast shop drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Interpret drawings for precast detailing from architectural, structural, and M&E plans.
• Prepare reinforcement, openings, cast-in items, lifting systems, and component details.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and raise RFIs.
• Revise shop drawings based on consultant comments and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
• Issue approved shop drawings to production teams on schedule.
• Develop and maintain standard precast component templates.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings according to project timelines.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
