Job summary

CHECC(SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller specialized in piping to deliver Revit 2025 models for Fuel Hydrant Pipelines and four water systems in Singapore East.

You will integrate and update all piping systems within the combined services BIM drawings, maintain drawings against design changes, and produce accurate as-built drawings while coordinating with AutoCAD drafters. East-location, team collaboration, and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• BIM modelling certification required.
• At least 3 years of piping BIM modelling experience.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Revit 2025 for piping/MEP modelling.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Revit 2025 to model piping systems and ensure accuracy.
• Integrate and update all piping systems into BIM drawings.
• Maintain BIM drawings based on design changes.
• Prepare as-built drawings for four piping types.
• Liaise with AutoCAD drafters to finalize drawings.
• Identify clashes in combined services BIM drawings.
• Provide RFIs and technical suggestions for clash resolution.
• Work independently on BIM modelling tasks with minimal supervision.
