Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking 3 BIM Modellers to support an ongoing project at Alexandra Hospital. You will create, update, and manage detailed 3D BIM models and electrical shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery with project teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Revit & MEP modelling experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a background in Electrical Engineering. 6-day work weeks apply for this project-based role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Revit and MEP modelling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to produce and modify technical drawings.
• Prior experience preparing Electrical Shop Drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical Shop Drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
• Produce and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and update MEP BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Review drawings to ensure they meet required technical standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and project teams to update and amend drawings as required.
• Assist in preparing and organizing BIM documentation and project records.
• Support BIM submission processes and maintain proper documentation for project tracking.
• Assist the Project Manager with project completion activities and other technical tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Our client is an established engineering and construction services company specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering, building services, and project solutions . The company supports major construction and infrastructure projects by providing technical design, BIM modelling, installation, and project coordination services.

Job Summary

We are looking for 3 BIM Modellers to support an ongoing project at Alexandra Hospital. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing detailed 3D digital models, electrical shop drawings, and BIM documentation. The role will work closely with project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, compliant with project specifications, and delivered within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical Shop Drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
• Produce and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit .
• Develop and update MEP BIM models , ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Review drawings to ensure they meet required technical standards and project requirements.

Job Requirements

• ITE, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must have hands‑on experience with Revit and MEP Modelling .
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to produce and modify technical drawings.
• Prior experience preparing Electrical Shop Drawings is preferred.

Employment Details

• Salary: Up to S$4,200 basic per month
• Bonus: Variable Bonus + Annual Bonus
• Employment Type: Project Scheme / Project-Based Position
• Project Location: Alexandra Hospital
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Annual Leave: 14 days, with 1 additional day for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 21 days
