Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a BIM Modeller (MEP, Electrical) to join the project team at Alexandra Hospital, Singapore. You will prepare electrical shop drawings, support MEP BIM modelling, and help coordinate drawings to meet project timelines.

You should have exposure to AutoCAD and Revit, with an electrical engineering background (ITE/ Diploma/ Degree). This full-time on-site role offers a 6-day work week and hands-on BIM workflow experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
• ITE / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit within project timelines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to update and amend drawings accurately for project coordination.
• Assist in preparing and organising documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
