Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller (MEP – Electrical) to support electrical BIM modelling and documentation at Alexandra Hospital in Singapore.

You will prepare detailed electrical shop drawings from as-built drawings and collaborate with the project team to meet timelines. The role requires AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling skills, plus an ITE/diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering. Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
• ITE / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit within project timelines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to update and amend drawings accurately for project coordination.
• Assist in preparing and organising documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
