Job summary
BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate for a MEP drafter role in Singapore. Responsibilities include designing MEP layouts, preparing shop drawings, and coordinating with project managers and engineers.
The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Engineering or Architecture and experience in BIM functions. Skill in mechanical, electrical, or M&E disciplines is essential.
Qualifications
- Diploma/NITEC in Engineering, Architecture or related studies.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in BIM functions.
- Skilled in Mechanical, Electrical or M&E discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design & drafting of MEP layout and section details.
- Preparation of shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD.
- Assist Project Manager/ Engineers with coordination and planning.
