Job summary

Lykos Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support M&E projects in Singapore. You will produce and update 3D BIM models, shop drawings, layouts and detailed drawings based on project requirements, and coordinate with project engineers, QS, consultants, contractors and site teams.

You will review design drawings to identify clashes, perform BIM coordination and clash detection, and help resolve technical conflicts.

Qualifications

• Experience producing 3D BIM models, shop drawings, layouts and detailed drawings.
• Ability to review drawings and BIM models to identify clashes and coordination issues.
• Experience coordinating M&E services within BIM environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reflect design revisions in models.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update 3D BIM models, shop drawings, layouts and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Work closely with project engineers, QS, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure models reflect project needs.
• Review design drawings and BIM models to identify clashes and coordination issues.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection and assist in resolving conflicts.
• Prepare BIM-related drawings for construction, coordination and installation.
• Incorporate design revisions and site changes into BIM models within timelines.
• Assist with BIM-based quantity take-offs as required.
• Coordinate M&E services including electrical, ACMV, fire protection and other building services within BIM.
• Support site teams by providing updated models and drawings for installation and coordination.
• Maintain BIM files, model versions and documentation per project requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• For senior-level scope, take ownership of BIM coordination, model quality, clash resolution and guiding junior BIM team members.
