Job summary

CHIAN TECK in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM/Project Drafter to support the full project lifecycle from feasibility to as-built documentation for industrial buildings and structures. You will develop 3D BIM models in Revit, generate 2D AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and MEP teams, and ensure drawings reflect site conditions and project specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building/Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling and drafting experience.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit for Architectural and Structural works.
• Generate AutoCAD 2D drawings from BIM models, including plans, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules and blow-up drawings.
• Coordinate with Architects, Design Managers, Project Managers and site teams to reflect actual site conditions and construction requirements.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with applicable codes, standards and project specifications.
