Job summary

WSG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Modeller & Draughtsman in Singapore to develop detailed 3D models with Autodesk Revit, create precise 2D drawings, and integrate designs from stakeholders.

You will perform clash detection, update BIM models, extract quantities, support tender submissions, and participate in site meetings, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM practices and workflows.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and create accurate 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models of building projects using BIM software.
• Create accurate 2D drawings and construction details in line with Singapore regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate designs into BIM models.
• Identify and resolve clashes between building systems.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project.
• Extract quantity information for cost estimation and construction planning.
