Job summary

EZSVS SINGAPORE (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a BIM coordinator/drafter to support project teams in data center infrastructure drawings.

You will prepare and update drawings across preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit, and assist engineers in coordination tasks. You will manage submissions, ensure timely delivery, and maintain drawing archives while adopting the latest BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in BIM coordination and drafting, preferably in data center infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage for coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM Modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawing preparation and coordination.
• Stay updated with drafting and BIM technologies to maintain technical competency.
• Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper archiving of all drawing soft copies.
• Draft detailed installation and construction plans based on sketches, specifications, and notes.
• Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material submission documents.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on drawing-related matters.
• Prepare communication materials and support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of project drawings.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors regarding project drawing coordination.
• Conduct in-progress and joint inspections to ensure works comply with quality standards and project requirements.
• Review and update project drawing quality plans when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For
