Hwa Sheng Construction in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller/Coordinator to join our construction team. The role focuses on architectural, structural and MEP BIM modelling, with hands-on use of BIM 360 to coordinate drawings and models.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of BIM experience, and holds a BCA Diploma in Building Information Modelling or a related field. Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks and AutoCAD is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience.
• BCA Diploma in Building Information Modelling or equivalent.
• Certificate or hands-on experience in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).

Responsabilidades

• Create architectural, structural and MEP BIM models.
• Coordinate drawings and models using BIM 360.
• Support drawing production and clash resolution.
