Job summary

HO LEE MACHINERY PTE LTD seeks a BIM/VDC specialist to lead modelling, documentation and production within VDC projects. You will work with in-house and external teams to ensure standards, templates, and content are correctly applied.

The role requires strong BIM authoring software experience (Revit, Navisworks) and familiarity with Dynamo to extend automation. On-site engineering context is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant certificate/diploma/degree or equivalent.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC (by BCA) will be an advantage.
• Working experience on site in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage.
• Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
• Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
• Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage.
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications.
