Job summary

Otis, the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturer, invites a BIM Modeller to create, manage and update detailed 3D BIM models, integrating design, structural and MEP data to support construction and collaboration.

You will use Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, work with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure model accuracy, identify clashes and resolve conflicts before construction begins.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating BIM models for buildings/infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; familiarity with MEP tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models.
• Integrate design, structural and MEP data in models.
• Identify clashes and resolve conflicts before construction starts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure constructability.
