Job summary

TRADESMEN PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated Civil/Structural Engineer to prepare calculations, drawings, and BIM models for diverse projects. You will support planning, design, and execution across buildings and infrastructure, collaborating with architects, consultants and contractors.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ETABS/STAAD.Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1–3 years of civil/structural project experience.
• Familiar with Singapore codes and practices.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Office.
• Knowledge of ETABS or STAAD.Pro is an advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural calculations, design drawings, BIM models, and technical reports for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Assist in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of building and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and check engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assist in authority submissions and obtain the necessary approvals.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
