Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM/Drafting professional to join our Singapore team. You will construct 3D BIM models and work with project teams to amend and update drawings, producing civil and architectural models, designs and calculations.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering, familiarity with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and 1–2 years of relevant construction experience in Singapore; entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Familiar with BIM processes; BIM certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years of relevant construction experience in Singapore; entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Construct 3D BIM models and update drawings with project teams.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D models, designs and calculations.
• Provide BIM/CAD drafting and design support.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models; create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Assign design or drafting tasks from project managers and engineers.
• Ensure BIM projects meet requirements and authorities' guidelines.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage BIM workflows and project implementation.
• Maintain document control.
