Job summary

Heng Yuan Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for building services in Singapore. You will focus on accuracy, coordination, and quality control to meet project schedules.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks Manage, with familiarity with BCA BIM Guidelines and authority submission standards. At least four years in Singapore's construction sector in multi-discipline BIM modelling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent training.
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM Guidelines and authority submission standards.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience in preparing drawings for Electrical and ACMV services.
• Good understanding of local codes and authority requirements.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably in multi-discipline BIM modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models across all building services with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in compliance with project requirements and schedules.
• Manage and organise model data to facilitate coordination across multiple disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, etc.).
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
• Collaborate closely with design team, project teams and lead levels to produce coordinated CAD drawings and BIM outputs.
• Support design, authority submission, and construction documentation through accurate and compliant BIM deliverables.
