Job summary

BIMAGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeler to create and develop detailed BIM models for building exteriors and interiors. You will update models with precise material specifications, quantities, schedules and costs, ensuring alignment with project standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of construction experience, familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the team under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building construction and project execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Good planning skills for modelling and drafting tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and capable of working under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and model detailing.
• Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure models align with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare authorities submissions documentation and construction documentation.
• Create realistic BIM models of Building Exteriors and Interiors.
• Include pre-construction information such as material specs, quantity/time/cost estimates.
• Create libraries of standards and building component specs for coordination.
• Provide technical support to team members to resolve modelling issues.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop and model detailing
• Develop and update BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Ensure models align with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare for authorities submissions documentation and construction documentation.
• Create realistic, intelligent and highly accurate BIM models of Building Exteriors and Building Interiors
• Include precise and valuable pre-construction information such as Material Specifications, Quantities Estimates, Time Schedules, Costs Estimates
• Create libraries/ Families of information related to Standards, various styles, building components specifications necessary for engineering co-ordination.
• Provide technical support to team members in resolving modeling issues.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
• Minimally 1 year experience in building construction and project execution.
• Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.
• Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines
