Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to interpret drawings and create, update, and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

The role requires coordinating with project teams and supporting BEP-based processes on site in Ubi, Singapore. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services or related fields, has BIM modeling experience (including internships), and can start immediately or on short notice.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• BIM modeling experience (including internship) required.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage for structural modeling.
• Able to interpret construction drawings and work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and create, update, and maintain BIM models.
• Create BIM files, title blocks, and BIM object families.
• Maintain BIM version control per BEP.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather design information and resolve issues.
• Assist the BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager with project coordination.
• Attend site meetings and support project planning and management.
