Job summary

GH15 PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeler to support full project life cycle from feasibility to as-built for industrial buildings. You will develop BIM models, generate AutoCAD 2D drawings, and prepare layouts, sections, elevations and schedules for submission.

Responsibilities include creating 3D models, ensuring compliance with codes, and delivering high-quality drawings while collaborating with Architects/Design manager and project teams to meet site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings for all disciplines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models using Autodesk Revit/Bentley OBD/ArchiCAD.
• Ensure models and shop drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models and drawings.
• Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/models in BIM software independently.
• Able to generate required information from the BIM software.
• Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
• Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.
