ADMIRAL ENGINEERING (S.E.ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM specialist to create and maintain detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure, integrating design and structural elements. The role leverages Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MEP tools to deliver accurate digital representations for project delivery.

The candidate will manage large datasets, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate tasks and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient with BIM software to create and update 3D models.
• Ability to coordinate with design and structural teams.
• Experience handling large data sets and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 3D digital models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software to support design and structural integration
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other MEP tools to develop accurate digital representations for project delivery
• Apply technical and architectural knowledge to ensure models align with construction processes and project requirements
• Manage large datasets to maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project tasks and resolve issues
