Job summary

MEINHARDT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to lead modelling efforts across projects in Singapore. You will establish BIM standards, guide staff on Revit, and oversee BIM delivery to ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires 7+ years in BIM, strong communication and leadership, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to support complex civil projects and infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of BIM modelling and collaboration experience.
• Certification in BIM modelling and management; proficient in relevant software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in CAD, BIM modelling, Virtual Design and Construction and/or Integrated Digital Delivery
• Establish, maintain, and update the BIM process flows and standards for Division
• Introduce best practices and developments in BIM and related software & technologies
• Provide training to staff on Revit and BIM on a regular basis
• Oversee and manage projects delivered in BIM
• Produce BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for all BIM projects in the Division
• Setting up of BIM Models on projects and ongoing monitoring to ensure that the project deliverables are met

REQUIRMENTS

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM modelling and collaboration, certification in BIM modelling and management, proficiency in relevant software and excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detailed engineering knowledge with design and engineering experience.
• Competency in the following software: Revit Architectural/ Revit Structure / AutoCAD / and other relevant software
• Candidates with experience on external works design documentation for buildings and infrastructure projects would have an added advantage
• Good communication skills
