Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Lead to manage BIM processes and standards across multiple projects. You will coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless BIM integration and develop strategies to boost collaboration and efficiency across teams.

The role also involves providing training and ongoing support for BIM implementation, leveraging Revit, Navisworks and BIM360 to deliver integrated project information.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years BIM experience on housing projects (HDB, Condo, Landed).
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and BIM360.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
