Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a BIM Manager/Coordinator/Modeller to lead BIM coordination for Architecture, MEP and Structural scopes in Singapore. You will implement BIM documentation standards and BEP execution plans on-site, coordinating with site teams to track progress.

The role requires 5–8 years of BIM authoring/review experience and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and related tools. On-site location at Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, with a focus on timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preparing a BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for site execution.
• Knowledge of lean planning, construction safety and quality, sustainability and facility management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM across architecture, MEP and structure to ensure standards are followed.
• Track site progress by collecting construction updates from each site.
• Log and track submissions, materials, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Implement BIM policies and BEP guidelines on site.
• Coordinate BIM logistics including file sharing and BIM families.
• Utilize modeling, VR, and rendering tools for visualization.
• Support project delivery milestones through BEP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage all Architecture, MEP and Structural coordination and execute proper BIMdocumentation standard.

Obtain and collate the update of construction works progress from each site.

Monitor submissions status and collate all approved materials, samples, RFIsand shop drawings in proper log sheets from site coordinators and tabulatemetrics for tracking of site progress.

Manage the implementation of VDC/ BIM policies and standards developed bycompany.

Core Competencies Knowledge of preparing a well-structured BEP (BIM ExecutionPlan) for execution at site.

Knowledge of statutory requirements for lean planning, construction safety andquality, environmental sustainability, facility management & etc.

Knowledge of latest technology and most up-to‑date modelling and visualizationsoftware for virtual navigation, VR (Virtual reality), virtual scheduling,rendering & videography.

Knowledge of good project management, focusing in particular on successfulproject delivery and milestones set in BEP.

Ability to manage and coordinate BIM Logistics (Contracts, Emails, Filesharing, BIM Family & etc.)

Minimum Experience 5 to 8 years min experience in the use of BIM authoring& review softwares (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Bentley, SketchUp, Navisworks,Fuzor, Lumient & etc.)

Experience in using various visual documentation and presentation tools (e.g.MS Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Power Director &etc.)
