Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a BIM Lead to oversee CAD/BIM work across process utility projects. You will develop models, drawings and BEP-aligned documentation for piping layouts and utilities, while enforcing standards and quality controls.

You will mentor junior modellers, coordinate with engineers and clients, and drive timely project delivery in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
Proven experience in BIM/CAD leadership within industrial, utility, water treatment or process plant projects.
Strong knowledge of piping systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate BIM/CAD activities across multidisciplinary industrial utility projects.
Develop and manage BIM models, drawings and technical documentation for piping, equipment layouts and utility systems.
Establish and maintain BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows and quality control processes.
Prepare drawings, schematics, BIM models and as-built documentation according to project schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors and clients to meet milestones.
Mentor BIM modelers and CAD designers to ensure compliance with standards.
Manage BIM data and support BEP development and implementation.
