Job summary

MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers on ongoing building projects. You will contribute to model development, documentation, and production techniques while ensuring BIM standards are maintained across all deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of BIM-related work experience, a relevant certificate or diploma, and knowledge of Revit, Tekla, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience with relevant BIM roles.
• Experience with BIM software and current BIM versions.
• On-site project exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings.
• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers.
• Model development, documentation and production techniques.
• Create and maintain Model Families and ensure BIM standards.
