Job summary

PHAETON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a draughtsperson to develop construction shop drawings and details using AutoCAD and Revit.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and maintain drawing registries while assisting project teams with documentation and cost estimation. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in building construction, strong drawing understanding, and excellent communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Understanding of technical drawings & building materials.
• Good communication skills to effectively communicate between internal teams, suppliers & clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software.
• Coordination of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings.
• Prepare and update drawing registry.
• Estimate material and production costs.
• Assist the project and other departments on drawing documentation.
