Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited seeks a Construction Program Manager – Digital Delivery & Governance to govern BIM across the APJC hyperscale data center program. You will lead AI-driven design release quality gates, BIM coordination, and as-built quality.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team of BIM specialists, data engineers, and AWS AI/ML experts to scale AI solutions and ensure ISO 19650 compliance. Regular travel up to 20% across APJC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with BIM information management and digital delivery standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent).
• Experience with BIM authoring tools (Revit, Navisworks or equivalent).
• Experience with construction technology platforms including Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BIM information management for the APJC portfolio, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance.
• Manage BIM professionals across firms, establish quality frameworks to reduce design clashes.
• Lead project controls across construction phases, track scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk with AI metrics.
• Develop dashboards for time and cost performance, integrate traditional PM metrics with AI analytics.
• Implement reality capture and digital twin technologies to improve design accuracy and as-built docs quality.
• Lead BIM standards, governance workflows, and scale AI construction tools across the portfolio.
