Job summary

Deloitte Singapore Tax Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Billing Administrator to support our Tax and Legal team. You will help ensure smooth billing operations, assist Partners, Directors, and Managers, and keep the business running efficiently.

You will handle end-to-end billing, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to support collections and reporting. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Process billings and end-to-end billing cycle.
• Provide admin support including scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Maintain records, ageing reports, and monitor invoice status.
