Job summary

Singapore Commercial Credit Bureau Pte. Ltd. is seeking a telemarketing associate to perform outgoing calls for survey data collection and to provide exceptional customer service. You will work three days a week, 9am–6pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, at our Singapore office.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to project guidelines, and accurate record-keeping. Multilingual abilities are advantageous and desired in a dynamic call-center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A, ITE, or Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of telemarketing experience.
• Experience working in telemarketing or call center environments.
• Ability to speak additional languages beyond English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers to complete surveys aligned with project goals.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to gather accurate survey data.
• Deliver excellent customer service during all interactions to maintain positive engagement.
• Apply telemarketing experience to manage call flow and handle customer responses effectively.
• Adapt quickly to project changes and commence work on short notice.
• Use English proficiently to communicate survey questions and record responses accurately.
• Utilize additional language skills to enhance communication with diverse customer groups.
