jr life sciences pte. ltd. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to craft engaging English and Chinese social media content and coordinate campaigns across platforms.

You will monitor performance metrics to refine strategies and support brand events, launches, and influencer collaborations. The role requires close collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 3–5 years of digital marketing

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, preferably social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and execution.
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Strong bilingual copywriting skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience monitoring social media performance and improving content effectiveness.
• Experience coordinating trade marketing activities, retail activations, product launches and brand events.
• Ability to collaborate with designers to deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools and graphic editing with Canva.
• Creative, proactive, and able to propose fresh ideas to strengthen brand presence.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate social media content across platforms with English and Chinese copy.
• Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Coordinate brand events, activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns, handling logistics and coordination.
• Coordinate partner collaborations and influencer seeding.
• Work with designers to produce assets and manage community interactions.
• Compile competitor and market-trend research for ad production and planning.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
