Job summary

Best World International in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications specialist to support bilingual content creation and multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with strategies and growth goals.

You will plan, execute, and measure campaigns, analyze market trends, and develop English and Chinese materials for social media, websites, and product communications. Strong multitasking and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marcom, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing platforms including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in written Chinese to produce Chinese content.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Adobe software; knowledge of digital marketing techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate ideas and support marketing campaigns by creating communication materials and ensuring all content are aligned with marketing strategies and sales goals.
• Assist in planning, executing and managing advertising, promotion and digital marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report the performance and impact of content using analytics and metrics.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in creating and editing marketing visuals using Adobe software to support marketing campaigns and communication materials.
• Develop, write, and translate content in both English and Chinese for various channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, websites, product materials, and internal communications.
