GENESIS CHILD CARE (TP) PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Infant Care Educator role at our Tampines centre, Singapore.

You will deliver developmentally appropriate programmes for infants aged 2 months to 18 months and create a safe, engaging learning environment. Applicants should hold HCIC/CITC+EYDF or equivalent, be passionate, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with prior infant care experience are preferred; Singapore Citizens and PRs are

Qualifications

Minimum HCIC or CITC+EYDF equivalent in infant care.
Passion, creativity and positive energy.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Experience in an infant care setting preferred.
Eligible Singapore Citizens or PRs.

Responsibilities

Deliver developmental-appropriate programme to infants aged 2 months to 18 months.
To prepare age-appropriate teaching-aids.
To create and set up a safe, pleasant, conducive and engaging environment.
To evaluate and document infant's progress development and address individual infant's developmental needs.
To foster good working relationship with infants, parents and colleagues.
To build trust and engage in meaningful communication with parents.
To work closely with Centre Manager on daily operational matters.
To adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
To deliver all other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal
