Job summary

GENESIS CHILD CARE (TP) PTE. LTD. provides infant care services and seeks a dedicated caregiver to deliver developmentally appropriate programmes for 2‑month to 18‑month‑old infants.

You will prepare teaching aids, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and document progress while collaborating with the Centre Manager and communicating with parents. The role requires HCIC or CITC+EYDF-equivalent qualifications, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• HCIC or CITC+EYDF equivalent is required.
• Passion, creative and inspiring with positive energy.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development-appropriate programme for infants aged 2 months to 18 months.
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids.
• Create a safe, pleasant, conducive and engaging environment.
• Evaluate and document infant progress and address developmental needs.
• Foster good working relationships with infants, parents and colleagues.
• Build trust and engage in meaningful communication with parents.
• Work with Centre Manager on daily operational matters.
• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations.
• Deliver other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal.
