CTES Consulting Pte Ltd is assisting a university client to recruit a Senior Manager, Content and Editorial Strategy for a 34-month contract with OCCM, based in Outram, Singapore.

The role leads bilingual content strategy and oversees editorial governance for English and Chinese streams, driving student recruitment, brand storytelling, and reputational initiatives across priority markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, marketing, or digital media.
• Proficiency in English and Simplified Chinese; strong editorial quality for Chinese audiences.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Chinese digital media, with deep ecosystem knowledge.
• Ability to tailor content to English and Chinese audiences across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead coherent, audience-led content strategy across digital platforms.
• Oversee bilingual content development and governance for English and Chinese outputs.
• Guide editorial planning for content hubs, pages, and thought leadership pieces.
