MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst – Performance Reporting to support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting, business performance analysis, and actionable insights. This role involves collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting data to help management understand operational performance and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will develop dashboards, prepare performance reports, and translate complex information into clear business

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Experience in performance reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, or MIS.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Gather data from multiple sources ensuring completeness and consistency.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Define and monitor KPIs for productivity, efficiency, revenue, and outcomes.
Identify trends and risks by analyzing historical data and reporting results.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations for management.
