Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking an entry-level F&B Drink Runner / Service crew in Singapore to support the timely delivery of beverages from the bar to guests’ tables and to maintain service standards across the tea house and dessert shop.

You will work with the Front of House team, assisting with beverage service, basic prep tasks, cleanliness, and stock management. Training and development are provided with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience in fast-food, restaurants, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and uphold the tea house and dessert shop’s concepts and service standards.
• Team player with good work ethic and professional grooming and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages professionally and according to tea house and dessert shop service standards.
• Assist in basic beverage preparation tasks according to established procedures, where required.
• Monitor beverage orders and communicate issues to relevant team members.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and refer enquiries or concerns to the appropriate service staff or supervisor.
• Assist in clearing used glasses, cups, and other beverage-related items when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of beverage service areas, trays, and equipment.
• Assist with restocking beverages, cups, ice, garnishes, and other service supplies.
• Follow tea house and dessert shop SOPs, food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties to support business needs.
• Support promotions, events, and other shop activities when required.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
• Perform other operational duties as required to support the tea house and dessert shop’s business needs.
