Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 3–5 years in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GFSI schemes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with thermal processing, dehydration, fermentation, or freezing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing workflows to boost throughput and reduce waste.
• Oversee installation and integration of specialist machinery.
• Ensure food safety compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor mass balance to align inputs with outputs and identify losses.
• Scale R&D recipes to stable, large-scale production without sacrificing flavor/texture.
• Implement PLC systems and robotics to automate repetitive tasks and improve precision.
