Job summary

Vita Coco Company in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer with liquid processing experience in the beverage sector to support co-manufacturing partners and optimize end-to-end processes. The role involves implementing innovative improvements and collaborating with HQ for scale-up and new product launches.

The position requires strong technical knowledge in liquid processing equipment, HACCP/GMP/ISO familiarity, and up to 50% travel across APAC.

Qualifications

4 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably beverages.
Familiar with factory manufacturing processes and constraints related to low acid food & aseptic beverage production.
Sound technical knowledge and liquid processing equipment, mechanical P&ID design and strong understanding on manufacturing procedures and sequence requirement.
Exposed to food quality requirements such as HACCP, GMP and ISO Systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
Willingness to travel around the region (50%).

Responsibilities

Support projects involving new plant installations and lead continuous improvement from a processing perspective.
Manage overall project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
Work closely with co-manufacturing partners to provide technical support during project phases.
Provide Technical Support to ensure Quality, Productivity & Costs are optimized.
Assist in plant trouble shooting and in resolution of manufacturing related issues.
Collaborate with QA and supply chain for new product launches and scale-up.
