Job summary

Vita Coco is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer based in Singapore to drive liquid processing operations in our beverages line. You will partner with co-manufacturing partners to improve plant performance, troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements across end-to-end processing.

Travel about 50% within APAC, collaborate with QA, supply chain and R&D, and ensure SOPs, HACCP and GMP standards are upheld while optimizing yield, OEE and cost across network operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in beverages.
• Familiar with factory manufacturing processes and constraints related to low acid food & aseptic beverage production.
• Strong knowledge of liquid processing equipment and mechanical P&ID design.
• Exposure to HACCP, GMP and ISO systems.

Responsibilities

• Support projects involving new plant installations and lead continuous improvement from a processing perspective.
• Manage overall project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders for on-time delivery of projects.
• Work closely with co-manufacturing partners to provide technical support during the project phase.
