Job summary

Stone For Gold PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers and guide them through product choices.

You will understand needs, present suitable leather goods, and provide accurate pricing information while aiming for daily sales targets. You will deliver excellent service throughout the shopping journey. Responsibilities include maintaining product presentation, recording customised orders accurately, building relationships with new and returning customers, and

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant sales or retail experience preferred.
Experience in luxury retail, watches, automotive, fashion or lifestyle products is an advantage.
Relevant retail or sales qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers in a professional and approachable manner.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products, materials and customisation options.
Provide customers with accurate product, leather and pricing information.
Drive retail sales and work towards individual and team sales targets.
