In this role, you will conduct engaging home-based therapy sessions for children with special needs, develop individualized education plans, and collaborate with parents to create meaningful change. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy or with children with Autism. Flexibility, creativity, and communication skills are essential for this rewarding role.

• Qualifications : RBT, BCBA, or BCaBA credentials are a bonus! Don’t have them yet? No problem—we provide training.

• Understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Knowledge of speech & language concepts, teaching occupational skills, and academic concepts.
• Creativity in preparing engaging, personalized learning materials and activities.
• Proficiency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
