Job summary

U Aesthetics offers an internship in digital marketing based in Singapore. You will assist in planning campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu, and Facebook, and help create posts, reels, and marketing materials.

You'll gain hands-on experience in branding, content creation, influencer collaboration, and basic reporting, with opportunities to transition to a full-time role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty and social media marketing.
• Familiar with major platforms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or Photoshop a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with influencers (KOLs) and assist with collaboration campaigns
• Support photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation activities
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic marketing reports
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives
• Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities
• Support branding, advertising, and customer acquisition projects
