Job summary

GUANYIN SHANCAI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to provide professional beauty treatments, consult on skincare, and build lasting client relationships.

You will also promote products and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining impeccable hygiene and service standards. The role requires 1+ year of experience, relevant Beauty Therapy certification, and fluency in English (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years working experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Certification / diploma in Beauty Therapy (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, facial techniques, and product application.
• Proficient in performing extractions and various massage modalities.
• Fluent in English; English-Mandarin bilingual is highly advantageous.
• Pleasant, patient, honest, and service-minded.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR, or valid work pass). Foreign applicants: relevant diploma + minimum 2 years experience typically required for Employment Pass.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of beauty treatments: facial, deep cleansing, extraction, massage, manicure/pedicure, waxing, and body care.
• Conduct thorough skin consultation and recommend suitable treatments & skincare products.
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and work areas in strict accordance with hygiene & sanitation standards.
• Promote and retail skincare products to clients; achieve sales targets.
• Keep accurate client records and track treatment history.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Greet and attend to clients warmly; manage appointment schedules professionally.
• Assist with general salon operations and inventory management.
