Job summary

Donna Spa Pte Ltd is seeking a training professional to elevate the skills of beauticians across outlets in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering hands-on training, developing up-to-date training materials, and supervising competency standards.

You will coordinate with Operations and Marketing to align launches with service delivery. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, 2–5 years of hands-on beauty experience, and some prior training exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in beauty/aesthetic industry.
• Prior training experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of facial, body, and/or aesthetic treatments.
• Willing to travel between outlets if required.

• Conduct training for beauticians on treatment techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs
• Provide hands‑on practical training and demonstrations
